Oslo, Norway/ Simbuild Event February 25/26, 2006

Just returned from a quick trip up to Oslo to support Patric Moreau's Simbuild event that took place this past weekend. It was nice to get out with the builders and of course the many "curious" Flight simmers that are leaning our way!

Pics/Descriptions:

Picture of part of the backdrop for the event! We were located in the SAS maintenance hangars right by the airport so the "Aviation Theme" was pretty strong!

Tours of the MD-90 Flightdeck were popular and everyone had a chance to get inside and look around. The SAS staff were amazing and very accomodating. The flightdeck was powered up and in all its glory.

We had some new products on show in the www.flightsimshop.se booth. Nice chance to discuss new ideas and gauge reaction.

Shots of the booth area and lots of discussion. No shortage of interest in this part of the world!

Frans Mosmans (FDS Team) gave a great overview/presentation on interfacing and the inner relationships we all have to deal with in Sim building.

The Event was tied in with a large LAN SIM gathering that was running over the entire weekend. Many people flying together on-line. Special thanks to the Organizers of the event and all the folks at SAS.

Count on FDS to provide affordable, high quality components for your next project.
