B737NG MX MCP, rotary knobs

Hi I have the 737NG FDS MX MCP panel and the Capt EFIS and have noticed that turning these rotary knobs to change heading or front courses seems like the rotary knobs are sometimes very sensitive. Occasionally, 10 numbers jump in small adjustments. Example, change course from hdg 180 to 183. Occasio...

12v LEDs used in sixpack

Hi, One simple question, can the SYS board handle 4 pcs of 12v LED outputs and 5v LED outputs without using any DC to DC converter I know that FDS LED’s used for the annunciators are 2,6-2,8v The power supply is 12v for the SYS board so in my mind it should be ok as long as i dont push to much amp...

Didn't you see the link I gave you? There are all the measurements you need. Keep in mind though that all these measurs are at 1:1 scale
You can find these measurs under; Cockpitshell view from top incl. measurments.

Lewis, my suggestion is don't do anything until you have your hands on the T7 MIP. It's so easy to make some small measuring mistakes pre-building the frame for the MIP.

And how is that different than the above? My FS server (referred above as Compter 1) is a Dual Opteron, liquid cooled, 2 x FX 5500 Nvidia, 16Gig Ram, 3 x 150G_15k scsi HDD's in RAID 5. I set the server budget at $12,000 and went over a little bit. FS9 in any weather with 5 layers of scenery runs ma...

Yes for sure. You would have a lot of trouble finding anything longer anyway and it would likely be very expensive if you did find some
Phidgets offers linear potentiometer that has a lengt of 60mm. PnP type potmeters. Is there anyone here that has any experience with these?

For the A340/330 users we can custom the EFIS panels to add the one element that differentiates the appearance. That is already planned. We only need to know at production time. Will the 747 units be available to customers during 2007? I understand that you already have the plans ready for the 747 ...
