Thanks, guys!

Gary, just using the camera on my iPhone 7+. It really does capture the colors well. Since I got it, I've hardly even touched my DSLR.

Sim Update KLAS B747

Hey guys, Long time no post! I've spent the better part of the past two weeks upgrading my sim. First, I replaced all of the dummy breakers in the overhead with real CBs off the overhead from a scrapped 744. I haven't interfaced any of them yet (thanks to Aerowinx PSX, I can!), but an order for a co...

My FDS 747-400>Chris K.

Hi all, I actually took delivery of my FDS 747-400 with all the bells and whistles back in February, but I didn't feel compelled to post anything here until now. Having spent months and months ill-advisedly chasing X-Plane 10's fantastic night-lighting effects, I've finally thrown in the towel on th...

BenQ MW811ST Projectors

Hi everyone, So with a house move is coming the redesign of my sim's visual system, and I'm looking for new projectors to replace the current Optoma EX525ST's (nice projectors, but not WXGA, and I'm ready for better). I'm planning on unashamedly copying Ivar's outstanding 3-window system with a 14ft...

These are great, Peter. The working adjustment by crank is the icing on the cake. Assuming these will work (or can be modified to work) with the ACE yokes and their unrealistic base, I'll be adding these to my sim ASAP!

Hi Nat,

Great looking software, thanks for sharing the link.

Mind letting the cat out of the bag as to what you're using for your EFB hardware? I wasn't aware any manufacturers put something like that out yet.

Thanks for the kind words, Peter! Today's project was taking a couple of plastic clipboards from Office Depot and bashing them with a hammer until the "clip" part of the board was free, then mounting the newly liberated "clips" to the interior liners to create the map clipboards present in the real ...

Ivar,

Thanks so much for the reply. I actually started messing with the offsets, bits, etc. with InterfaceIT last night and was shocked at how easy it was. I haven't tackled flaps yet, but everything else such as sixpacks, AFDS lights, autobrakes, speedbrakes, etc. is working off the TRS logic now.

XML files for TRS-737NG?

Hello all, So I received my FDS dual seat 73G trainer last week. What a gorgeous piece of machinery! I'm now working to get the extra annunciator functions that aren't supported by PMSystems working, such as the AFDS LEDs, below G/S, etc. I've purchased the 737NG software from Technical Service Rich...
