These lenses are just the right size for cockpits and would produce a great image. Focal lengh is up to 32 inches which is handy.

Unfortunately he appears to have only one of those big lenses. For a two-pilot setup you're definitely going to need a pair. You will save a few bucks as opposed to a multiprojector setup since even big CRT displays are becoming ridiculously cheap. If he's willing to offer more of those lenses and ship overseas, it's a good candidate for a complete COLLIMATED visual system under $600 total (counting 2 19" CRT's), which would probably buy you a single projector. And the projector is quite a lamp consumer when you're simming on a daily basis!

Yes, you're right. This lense was great in it dimensions, but we need two for our two seats flightdeck.

Anyone can explain us how to use theses lenses in a flightdeck ? Any drawning would be appreciated. Where to put them ? How to use them with a projector ? etc...
