My737Sim - Coral Airlines - Project Update

Post by mriggins »

Just a quick update on the My737Sim, Coral Airlines project. (named after my daughter who loves to fly the sim!) The project is a few months in, and is currently using the B737NG PRO-M MIP/Main IBL Package, B737NG CDU Bay and the B737NG PRO-M Series Glare Shield Package.

Matt, to be only a 'few months in' your project looks incredible so far!

Thank you Tomlin! The MIP arrived on 7/21/09 (3 months ago) http://www.my737sim.com/?p=244 and I've been pushing hard to get it up to this stage, always able to "fly" no matter what the status of the hardware is. (Its importable to always be able to fly)

Today I order pmsystems and then I'll be ordering my CDU. After that, overhead and so forth! Pushing on!

Thanks Ivar! I feel I've gotten over the first hurdle of many haha. Now it's time to start tackling a cdu, pmsystems, and overhead and some sort of shell. Definitely fun to do an I get asked everyday after school if a certain someone can "press some buttons" haha!

Thanks Nat! You aren't kidding on that one! I've tried to fly as much as possible during the build to this point. Heck after I got the MIP put together, while waiting for the CDU bay, I had the MIP on a kitchen chair LOL! But now I feel I have the "core" done so, onto phase 2!

Absolutely awesome job mate. Well done. Keep flying is definately the key. Lol I sat my laptop on the glaresheild and flew with no monitors in the MIP when I first got it all togeather just to see what it felt like!

Cheers,
Karl

Hi Pascal,

The TQ is from www.revolution-simproducts.com, very nice TQ, sturdy, well built, I'm very happy with it! (I bought the non motorized one)

Eren is awsome, send me picts through out the building process, and even stayed up till 3am his time tracking it when it it shipped. Very nice company, I like them a lot.
