Thanks guys...but seriously...credit to all of you.

I took a really rough and spur of the moment video the other night, a rather long ARBEY 8 approach to ILS27 in YMML.
Terrible one handed flying, but the old girl, FSX, is actually still stunning, together with Sim-A, gave me goose bumps...again.

Like I said...ignore the dodgy flying (and the Thai 777!)

Nat

Well, I kind of hate to admit it but all your pickiness and attention to details made for a stunning sim. I really hate when I am wrong Rolling Eyes Very Happy and jealous Wink

Stunning visuals by the way but I thought that WideView was better when synchronizing aircrafts as they transition from one screen to the next. One plane disappeared in the center view and reappeared in the right view much like what happens with FS9 and Wideview. Do clouds do the same thing or does this happen only with ground objects?

Thanks Mau

Clouds are pretty much perfect across all screens.
AI Traffic sync is about 8/10....usually better.
I have messed up my AI files somewhere, was aware but too busy flying:)

Quick question: is the whining sounds I hear coming from motors driving the trim wheels? Man, that added to the immersion factor!

Nat that got me completely fooled, I thought that that was a real outside view; it wasn’t until final touchdown that I saw it was computer generated. What scenery are you using it's really life like.
Great video

Absolutely stunning Nat. I showed a guy at work your video and he thought it was the real deal.
I must admit the 737 is a cool sim to have.

Great videos Nat. Glad to see you finally getting to enjoy some flying again. The flight deck looks fantastic and so do the visuals. Thanks for sharing.

Hi all...

Little update and pics to end the year.

On holidays and finally found some time to install some "ambient day lighting" to the Sim to replicate
day time flying and not interfere with visuals (3 LED strips placed Aft and and side windows)...got sick of flying in the dark Shocked

Also discovered Panorama mode on my smart phone which stitches 5 or 6 pics together as you pan your phone....simple but heaps of fun!

Happy New Year to all,

Nat

I see you've blocked the rear windows. Is that because you wanted to have that monitor in front of the window? Also, it looks like the top of the nose on the shell is missing. Why?

Just being nosy and since I have not been able to harass you lately, I thought this was a good opportunity since you already are a year ahead of us right now Very Happy
