Nat Crea - FEATURED BUILDER

Post by pcos »

Nat Crea has been working meticulously on his project for a short period of time but you would be hard pressed to know that with the detail shown. Nat's photography is fantastic and truly speaks for itself. We are very proud to see FDS parts in place and makingup this setup to the level Nat has aspired. Kudos!

Nat

These are truly great shots! :D

What are you using for secondary lighting over the MCP?

Thanks guys,

Santa was especially kind this Christmas, received two FANTASTIC IBL EFIS(to match IBL MCP), FI flaps and brake pressure gauges and Lower EICAS LCD which really 'completes" the MIP.

The flood lighting (MIP and MCP) is all done with automotive 12V globes of varying sizes, very simple and cheap. A slot was routed out in the Glare to house the mini globes...seriously painfull but worth it.

The lower EICAS lcd is from Ebay Australia, well priced, great colour and resoultion. Washes out when viewed from the side but nothing can help that...

IBL MCP and EFIS are the icing on the cake. Backlighting is 'second to none' and it was a real pleasure to throw away the mouse :)
All I need now is a set of IBL MIP panels...and I'll be in Sim heaven

Are the GoFlight rudder pedals still available? Can't seem to find them anywhere on their website.

Nat - Very cool cockpit. Hats off to you. I would also like more details on the pedals if possible?

Many thanks,

Andrew
