Ivar Hestnes Featured in "Gadget" Magazine!

Post by pcos »

Ivar was kind enough to send us a copy of a recent magazine featuring his project. The Magazine is dedicated to technology and "guy things".
NO doubt his sim was the coolest "guy thing" in the issue.
Ivar is a serious craftsman and you see the various stages of his setup.
The article is not in English so for many it will be a "pictorial".
Ivar!!! Great job as an ambassador for the "enthusiast Builder" group. You set a very high target for people, and that is a good thing!
Thank you!

Nice article Ivar,

My Norwegian is a bit rusty but based on the time spent and the cost, I'm guessing that you are not married. :D

My bride requires that she get equal spending money and there is no way that I could hide in the basement for 3000 hours.

Cheers,

Jon

Thats right Jon.

Not married. Only have a cat and she does not care, lol.

Sure you are going to get trouble if you want my hours in the basement. And if she also want the cash spent. You are in serious trouble

How is your 747 progress Jon?

I have just installed my yokes now. Much more fun to fly :)

Ivar,
Jon sent me some update pics on Friday and I am going to post them shortly. I wanted to give you your deserved "Spotlight" for the magazine spread!
Jon's setup is looking better than ever. Pics shortly along with an A320 FBT Video sent in by one of our end users.

Great.

Looking very much forward to see those pictures. There are not so many 747 builders around, and not at Jon`s level for sure.

And videos I always like to see :)

I think we also have a video ready by the end of the week 8) You will get the HQ version when we are ready PC :)
