Hi Peter,

Maybe, Steve and you can come for a visit to see my B727; although, it is not working as a sim (yet?), but everything is there for researching your build (except gauges).

Otherwise, have too agree that what Nat, Scott and others are doing with XP10 is amazing...way to go guys!

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your experience with XP10.

I will defenilty switch my current setup (FS2004 + Project Magenta) with XP10 + Sim Avionics.

Just have to wait some times before buying a license for Sim Avionics

Thanks Torsten

Diving into XPlane deeper every day. Had a moment of frustration there on weekend, so I fired up FSX...didnt last 5 min's Smile

Oh...the dots are used for calibrating my screen visuals...harmless but powerful little things LOL

Hi Nat,

Truly impressive. Like many here, I feel a little torn about FS, but to Peter's point, at some point it is time to move on and keep up with the times...

Your videos show very smooth graphics. Maybe I've missed it, but can you share your hardware specs? Would save a lot of research time, plus it seems to work very well.

Great job on your sim! And many thanks to you and Scott and others for continuously threading uncharted territories!

Marco

Hi Marco,

Glad you like. XPlane doesnt need as much power as FSX (unless you turn
up HDR to 8x !), also remember that I am using multiple computers,
not Th2Go. Those pics and videos were with 3x i72600K and GTX 285's.

Thanks Nat!

All the more impressive that XP10 is not as resource-intensive. The textures on the runway look very real - a lot more natural than anything I've seen in FS.

I will definitely consider XP10 for my setup!
