Hi,
I'm finalizing the assembly of my MIP (V2.0). I could almost configure all LEDs and Swithces, but apparently there are some missing in the InterfaceIT download section and in the Sim-A B737 XMLs 2012.zip file that I've received from Steve Cos.
ANNUNS
MIP - CPT - TAKEOFF CONFIG
MIP - CPT - CABIN ALTITUDE
MIP - FO - CABIN ALTITUDE
MIP - FO - TAKEOFF CONFIG
MIP - RUNWAY INOP
SWITCHES
MIP - NOSE WHEEL STEERING
MIP - CPT - MAIN PANEL DU - ENG PRI (INBD)
MIP - STAB OUT OF TRIM
MIP - LIGHTS - TEST
MIP - LIGHTS - DIM
MIP - N1 SET - 2
MIP - N1 SET - 1
MIP - N1 SET - AUTO
MIP - N1 SET - BOTH
MIP - SPEED REF - SYMBOL (little triangle)
If someone has these XMLs, would you be so kind to send them to me?
Many thanks for the help in advance. _________________ Geert.

I just checked, the following are available:
MIP - CPT - TAKEOFF CONFIG
MIP - CPT - CABIN ALTITUDE
MIP - FO - CABIN ALTITUDE
MIP - FO - TAKEOFF CONFIG
MIP - CPT - MAIN PANEL DU - ENG PRI (INBD)
MIP - STAB OUT OF TRIM (Annuciator only, no switch)
MIP - LIGHTS - TEST (Internal Variable used)
MIP - NOSE WHEEL STEERING (Not available)
MIP - LIGHTS - DIM (This is a light bulb dimming circuit in the real B737, not available in InterfaceIT and the LED's and software that are used.)
MIP - RUNWAY INOP (Where is this one?)
MIP - N1 SET - 2
MIP - N1 SET - 1
MIP - N1 SET - AUTO
MIP - N1 SET - BOTH
MIP - SPEED REF - SYMBOL (little triangle)
These have been discussed but never tested, would anyone even know how to use them properly? All manual settings used very seldom and probably beyond the level of a home simulator.
Are you checking the "Add Output action" by right-clicking on the LED or Switch? Then "From Sim-Avionics"
Then you see the "Output" line and a small box. Click on the box.
The Sim-Avionics Variable Chooser comes up.
Locate the "variable" you are after and click on Select.
If this requires an ON and an OFF you need to assign both. (Switches)
Make sure you have followed the "Read me" file in the Sim-Avionics Interface_Files folder that requires you to replace the I/O file and the Sim-Avionics.ini file in InterfaceIT.
What version are you running?
Let us know how you make out. _________________ Steve Cos

Hi Steve,
The latest version for both InterfaceIT (v2.3.130) and Sim-A (1.203) and I/O is copied. (Works fine for the overhead, so there it's all ok.) It's just assigning the correct parameters in InterfaceIT of the LEDs and Switches.
I'll have a further look. Maybe I need glasses
What the Runway INOP concerns? this is on the ground proximity panel FO side. Or is the annun wrong. It was the only legend I had left, so I assumed it goes there. _________________ Geert.

Hi,
I've finally found them. I did indeed copy the IO files and SIM-A .ini.
But placed a copy and not replacing it. There was the mistake.
So, 1 question remains... What is the legend that goes on the GPWS panel FO side for Runway (if it isn't INOP).
Thanks for the help Steve! _________________ Geert.
